10. Disclaimers and Editorial Independence
All content published on US Daily Briefs is intended for informational and journalistic purposes only. While we strive for accuracy and fairness, we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content.
Nothing on this platform constitutes legal, financial, medical, or investment advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions in these areas.
US Daily Briefs maintains full editorial independence. Our news coverage is not influenced by advertisers, sponsors, or political affiliations. Opinion content reflects the views of individual contributors and not the organization as a whole.
We are not responsible for the accuracy or content of third-party websites linked from our platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, US Daily Briefs, its officers, directors, employees, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page, notify registered users via email at least 14 days before changes take effect, and display a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
